License of Pharmacy Owned by BEST-PHARM MED SERVICE Revoked

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The license of a pharmacy owned by BEST-PHARM MED SERVICE has been revoked by court decision.

During inspection activities carried out by the Department for Licensing and Supervision of Pharmaceutical Activities, violations of licensing requirements and conditions were identified at the company’s pharmacy, located in the Khankin district of Khorezm region, in the Gayrat mahalla on Uzumzor Street.

Following the inspection, the Center for Pharmaceutical Product Safety filed a petition with the Urgench Interdistrict Economic Court to revoke the license. The court granted the request.

As a result, License No. 069521, issued on 17 March 2023, for the retail sale of medicines and medical devices, was annulled.

In accordance with current legislation, information about the pharmacy has been entered into the unified register of pharmacies with revoked licenses, as well as into the register of employees — pharmacists and pharmacy specialists directly involved in the violations.
