Legislative Chamber passes draft law “On sanitary-epidemiology well-being of population”

The draft law was introduced by the government within the implementation of the measures on improving legal bases on sanitary-epidemiology well-being of population, outlined in the state programme “The Year of Healthy Children”.

The draft law sets sanitary-epidemiology requirements for kindergartens, cultural, sport and other establishments, norms and rules for vaccination of children, etc.

It also regulates issues of creating equal and favourable work conditions for employees.

The document was developed with use of the experience of the United States, Great Britain and France, as well as existence problems, current state and practices in Uzbekistan.

Legislative Chamber passed the law in the first reading and directed to responsible committee to prepare it to next reading.
