Legislative Chamber approves amendments to some legislative acts

The document was developed in order to preserve, reproduction and rational use of unique, valuable species of plants in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers “On establishment of the National Park Durmen”, in which this park was classified as a protected natural area, the information service of the Legislative Chamber said.

According to MPs, the adoption of the draft law will set legal status, regime, order of management, protection and financing of national parks as protected natural territories. It will protect lands of the parks and protect plants in their territories.

Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan approved the concept of the draft law and passed it in the first reading.
