Legislative Chamber approves amendments to law “On bankruptcy”

The draft law envisages to strengthen guarantees for creditors on returning their resources through changing order of priority of their claims in the case of bankruptcy of the enterprises.

The document will help to further deepening market reforms and liberalizing economy, improving business climate in Uzbekistan via creation of favourable conditions for business activities, protection of businesses rights.

After discussions, the MPs approved the concept of the law and passed it in the first reading.
