Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to the Presidential Decree “On Measures to Further Improve the Activities of Justice Bodies and Institutions in Implementing State Legal Policy”, the Department for the Development of Civil Law Relations and the Department for Improving and Maintaining and monitoring administrative procedures were created in the central apparatus of the Ministry of Justice.

As an experiment, centers for the provision of legal services to state bodies and organizations were created at the departments of justice of a district (city) in the city of Namangan and Karshi district.

Centers for the provision of legal services are created by reducing the existing staff of legal services of state bodies and organizations of the district (city), financed from the budget.

They carry out the tasks and functions assigned by law to legal services in the relevant organization.

According to the results of the experiment, this system will be distributed to all regions of the republic.
