Legal entities can publish information on organizational changes

This service is available to business entities registered at the Single interactive state services portal via EDS. In the provision of these services, a business entity (or his representative) fills the specified electronic application and announcement forms, which are published in the appropriate section of the Portal.

The service is provided pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 15, 2014 № PP-2164 "On measures to further improve procedures related to business activities and the provision of public services".

These services provide additional convenience for businesses and their business partners for informational alert of a wider range of interested parties and in accordance with the laws the Republic of Uzbekistan, do not exempt from the obligationto publish information about reorganization, liquidation, bankruptcy or other significant organizational changes in mass media in a printed form.
