Leaders of Uzbekistan and Czechia Discuss Prospects for Expanding Cooperation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On the sidelines of the 80th anniversary session of the UN General Assembly, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a brief meeting with President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel.

During the talks, the parties discussed prospects for expanding trade and economic cooperation, with particular focus on concrete projects in trade, investment, innovation, transport, agriculture, and other priority areas.

The meeting concluded with an agreement to continue active interagency collaboration.
