Law-abiding taxpayers not to be inspected til 2017

The corresponding decision was approved by the decree of the President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov “On additional measures on further improving investment climate and business environment in Uzbekistan”.

The decree said that the exception is unplanned inspections at liquidation of legal entities, or within criminal cases, as well as use of budget and centralized resources, Norma.uz reported.

In 2011, the President of Uzbekistan with his resolution set moratorium for tax inspection of financial and economic activities of small businesses, which pay taxes and other obligatory payments in time, as well as record sustainable growth and profitability, till 1 April 2014.
