Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The Cyprus company Lamanka Interprises LTD bought 84.197% of the shares of Akhangarantsementa.

The company acquired 4,141,108 common and 106 preferred shares of a cement manufacturer for 557.6 billion soums.

The acquisition of shares was registered on May 25, 2021 at Uzbekistan Stock Exchange. The price of one share was 134 671.68 soums per share with a par value of 1,000 soums.

In March 2021, the Russian company Eurocement Holding AG announced its intention to sell a block of shares in Akhangarancement. The price for one share of Akhangarancement JSC was set at 103,593.05 soums.
