Kvartz to increase charter capital up to 41.1bn soums

The company said that the Center for coordination and development of securities market registered the prospectus of emission of the company.

Within the emission, Kvartz will issue 23 963 940 shares with par value of 1,715 soums each. Total emission of shares will make up 41.098 billion soums. The shares will be placed on closed subscription.

Kvartz JSC, one of the leading enterprises in Central Asia, was founded in 2975 to satisfy demand of canning plants of Uzbekistan and Central Asia for glassware. The company produces various glassware products.
