Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A meeting with representatives of the consulting company McKinsey & Company was held at the Tashkent khokimiyat.

The parties discussed the possibilities of promising cooperation in developing a strategy for the development of Tashkent and urban planning. In particular, such areas of interaction with the company as the optimization of urban transport, education and healthcare were discussed.

McKinsey & Company, the world’s leading management consulting company, operates 129 offices in 65 countries and employs 30,000 people. In recent years, the company has implemented more than 700 projects in 110 countries around the world, solving the full range of urban development problems. In the near future, McKinsey & Company plans to open a representative office in Uzbekistan.

Thanking Jakhongir Artikkhodjaev for the reception, the meeting participants expressed their readiness to present detailed proposals on cooperation options in the near future.
