Keller Williams Expands Globally: Enters Uzbekistan Market
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Keller Williams Realty, LLC is expanding its presence in Asia by granting a master franchise in Uzbekistan, Keller Williams Worldwide (KWW) reported.
KWW President William E. Soteroff said that 2025 has been a significant year for the network’s global growth, highlighting the contributions of entrepreneurs developing the brand in international markets.
According to the company, from January to October 2025, more than 17,600 agents operated under the KWW brand abroad. International divisions closed over 70,000 transactions, a 4.6% increase compared to the previous year. Sales volume reached US$17.2 billion, up 24.2% from 2024.
During 2025, KW entered seven new markets: the Cayman Islands, El Salvador, Hungary, North Macedonia, Singapore, Uzbekistan, and Qatar. “It is an honor for us to welcome Uzbekistan into the KW family,” Soteroff said.
Artur Yugai was appointed as the regional managing partner of the master franchise in Uzbekistan. The team is currently working on launching operational processes, with the first KW® Uzbekistan market center expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Soteroff described Yugai as a “strong brand ambassador,” emphasizing his expertise and influence on the development of Uzbekistan’s real estate sector.
Yugai has 15 years of experience in real estate and government reform. Prior to joining KW, he led a franchise affiliated with Etagi, growing it to over 100 specialists and implementing “one-stop” services.
He previously held government positions related to capital market and investment reforms and hosted the “Kind of Smart” podcast on business and economics in Uzbekistan.
Speaking about the franchise launch, Yugai noted that KW’s systems and educational programs would help agents develop entrepreneurial skills and contribute to the professionalization of the real estate market.
Uzbekistan is the eighth KW master franchise market in Asia. As of 31 October, the company’s regional network includes 21 market centers and over 1,200 agents. Other Asian KW markets include Vietnam, Malaysia, Japan, Thailand, Mongolia, Singapore, and New Delhi.
Globally, KWW operates 265 market centers outside the U.S. and Canada across more than 60 regions. The company is also exploring further international expansion, including in Africa, Central and South America, and countries in Central and Eastern Europe and Asia.
