Kazakh President to visit Uzbekistan on 13-14 June

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev will pay an official visit to Uzbekistan on 13-14 June 2013, an official representative of Central Communications Service under the President of Kazakhstan Altay Abibullaev said.

He said that at the high-level negotiations, it is planned to discuss implementation of earlier achieved agreements, current state and perspectives of political-economic, cultural-humanitarian cooperation.

The sides also discuss current state and issues of security in Central Asia, Altay Abibullaev stated.

He said that the sides are planning to sign several important bilateral and intergovernmental agreements during the negotiations.

Within the visit, Nazarbaev will participate at opening ceremonies of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Uzbekistan and Monument to Abai in Tashkent.
