Kazakh President to pay official visit to Uzbekistan

President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev will pay an official visit to Uzbekistan, official representative of Central Communication Service Altai Abibullaev announced on Monday, 3 July 2013.
He informed that the 13th session of Kazakh-Uzbek intergovernmental commission started its work in Tashkent on 3 June 2013.
The Kazakh delegation is led by the First Vice Premier and Minister of regional development Bahitjan Sagintaev, and the Uzbek side – the First Vice Primier and Minister of finance Rustam Azimov, Kazinform reported.
Altai Abibullaev said that the session will consider development of Kazakh-Uzbek economic cooperation on the eve of the official visit of the Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbaev to Uzbekistan on invitation of the President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov.
At the same time, he did not announce date and agenda of the visit of Kazakh leader to Uzbekistan.
