Kapital to float corporate bonds worth 4bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Open joint stock commercial bank “Kapitalbank” will place corporate bonds for total sum of 4 billion soums.
The Center for Coordination and Control over functioning of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the bank on 17 July 2012.
Within the emission, the bank will place 4,000 corporate bonds with par value of 1 million soums each.
Maturity term of the bonds is 730 calendar days. The coupon is equal to refinancing rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, which is equal to 12% APR. The coupon will be paid each quarter.
