Kamolot implements project “Youth select life in ECO style”

The electricity became integral part of life of people. Majority of people use electricity more compared to others. Each person can contribute to saving electricity with simple actions.

The project “Youth select life in ECO style” is directed at familiarizing youth with methods of saving electricity. Within the project, it is planned to hold information events for students of lyceums, colleges and universities, as well as schools.

The project will be implemented in two directions – “ECO recommendations” and “Ecology and Economy”. Each component is directed at teaching youth to contribute to protection of nature via saving electricity.

The project will be implemented in all regions of Uzbekistan. About 130 young trainers were trained within the project. AKFA Lighting is a general sponsor of the project.

The organizers of the project underlined that the population can save energy via replacing filament lamps to energy saving lamps. According to calculations, the consumer can save 345,319.2 soums a year with use of energy saving lamps.
