Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- First Deputy Governor of Urgench District A. Ruzmetov, responsible heads of the Khorezm branch of Uzpromstroybank JSC and the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Khorezm Region A. Kaneev held online negotiations with senior executive directors of Maybee Global Ltd. Pak Debok and Jang Hedgee, Dunyo news agency reported.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the implementation of the juice production project in Khorezm region. JV Khorazm Kovunlari is engaged in the cultivation of fruits and vegetables for him.

Representatives of South Korea reported that the joint venture products, in particular pomegranate juice, will be sold in the Republic of Korea through the popular television channels GS Home Shopping and Hyundai Home Shopping starting from 10 June 2020.

An exchange of views took place on plans to expand production under this project. The South Korean side expressed interest in the further promotion of the project for the production and export to this country of juices from pomegranate, watermelon, melon, carrots, and other vegetables and fruits.

The parties agreed to continue the joint discussion and arrange a visit of the delegation of South Korean entrepreneurs to the Khorezm region as the situation with the coronavirus pandemic softens.
