Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 6-16 October 2019, within the framework of the Times Journeys program of the American newspaper The New York Times, Uzbekistan will be visited by an organized group consisting of scientists and cultural figures, doctors, diplomats, and journalists who have similar intellectual interests in a particular country.

According to the Uzbek Embassy in the United States, the journalist, as usual, includes the journalist for The New York Times.

This tour is the fourth group trip to our country since the beginning of 2019. Next year four more tourist trips of this publication are planned.

The group is led by former First Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asia, former US Ambassador to Kazakhstan and Tajikistan, Richard Hoagland.
