Jizzakh resident detained for stealing a bag on the market

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 14 February  2019 in the city of Jizzakha, a resident of Okkurgonlik mahalla M.M. applied to policy, claiming that unknown person stole her bag with 4.6 million soums in the Eski Shahar market, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan said in a statement.

In fact, a criminal case was opened. As a result of the measures taken for the commission of this crime, Zh.Kh., residing of Olmazor mahalla of the city of Jizzakh, was identified and detained.

The investigation is underway.
