Javokhir Sindarov Defeats Magnus Carlsen

In the second round, the Uzbek grandmaster drew with Germany’s Vincent Keymer.

It is worth noting that today’s game day coincided with Sindarov’s birthday. The youngest ever World Cup winner was born on 8 December 2005, and is celebrating his 20th birthday today.
