Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A meeting with the director of international cooperation of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan Shuhei Kojima and representatives of Asia air survey Co. LTD was held in Tashkent khokimiyat.
The meeting was attended by the deputy khokim of Tashkent Bakhtiyor Rakhmankulov, officials of the Office for Land Resources and the State Cadastre and the main department of architecture and construction of the city of Tashkent.
During the dialogue, Japanese experts proposed the creation of the Municipal Spatial Data Infrastructure (MIPD). This infrastructure includes a number of systems such as road management, water and sewer networks, urban planning, etc.
Having reported that the MIPD project needs to be implemented in stages, Japanese experts spoke about the results of work in their country and, in general, the prospects for this project.
