Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A meeting was held in Tashkent between representatives of Orion Computer, led by Adviser to the Minister of Digital Technologies Akihiro Sakurai, and Deputy Minister Rustam Karimjonov.

During the discussions, the company presented its plans to establish a specialized school in Uzbekistan aimed at training IT professionals with advanced proficiency in the Japanese language.

The meeting focused on key areas of cooperation, including the opening of the IT school, accelerated training of qualified personnel for employment in Japan, the development of outsourcing potential, as well as the design and implementation of curricula in line with Japanese educational standards.

Special attention was given to strengthening cooperation between Japanese companies and Uzbekistan’s IT sector.

Orion Computer also expressed its intention to participate in ICT Week this September, during which it plans to finalize the terms for opening its official representative office in Uzbekistan.
