Japanese Company Launches Culinary and Japanese Language Courses in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Japanese organization Onodera User Run has launched an educational program at the International School of Languages and Skills of the Migration Agency.

Bekhzod Musaev, head of the Agency, reviewed the training process and held friendly discussions with the course participants.

The project is being implemented under agreements reached in May of this year during a working visit of the Migration Agency delegation to Japan.

The agreements provide for the training of qualified specialists in various fields within Uzbekistan, with subsequent employment in high-paying positions in Japan.

In the first phase, a culinary course was launched.

In June, a selection of participants took place: out of 1,200 registered candidates, 40 were chosen to begin preparatory classes.

Over a period of six to eight months, participants will study the Japanese language and acquire professional culinary skills. From May of next year, they will be able to begin working in Japan.
