Jahongir Khatamov Appointed as Deputy Prosecutor General and Head of the Department for Combating Economic Crimes
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — By Presidential decree, Senior Counselor of Justice Jahongir Jurayevich Khatamov has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor General and Head of the Department for Combating Economic Crimes.
Prior to this appointment, Khatamov served as Deputy Prosecutor General.
He succeeds Shamsiddin Sharafiddinovich Sokhibnazarov, who had headed the Department since January of last year.
