That is, the driver pays a fine in case of violation of the rules of the road in order to give way, and in the case when he did not give way for the passage of special vehicles. The law “On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan” is important for the suppression of such cases.

In turn, it should be noted that the adoption of the Law is only part of the solution to the problem. It is impossible to establish order and discipline on the roads only by fixing offenses and imposing fines.

You can not punish the driver from the day after the adoption of the Law. First of all, you need to explain, train, warn.
