Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - On 28 October, Uzbekneftegaz hosted a meeting with representatives of Mubadala Petroleum (UAE), Total E&P Activites Petrolieres (France) and PJSC NOVATEK (Russia) in order to implementation of measures, envisaged by the Road Map for the implementation of bilateral documents signed during the official visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the United Arab Emirates.

Within the framework of the meeting, previously presented geological materials on promising investment blocks and fields proposed for geological exploration and increasing hydrocarbon production were discussed.

Uzbekneftegaz provided detailed information on regulatory legal acts, in particular benefits and preferences provided to foreign investors in the framework of exploration. Also, the possible forms of cooperation between the companies for the implementation of the above project were discussed.

During the meeting, the parties agreed that in the second half of November 2019. a presentation will be organized by Mubadala Petroleum on the basis of the study of all materials and determination of further steps for joint cooperation in Abu Dhabi, with the invitation of representatives of Total E&P Activites Petrolieres, PJSC NOVATEK and Uzbekneftegaz.
