Islom Ahmedov becomes member of AFC Technical Committee

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Football specialist from Uzbekistan Islom Ahmedov has been appointed as member of technical committee of the Asian Football Confederation, Uzbekistan Football Federation said.

Executive Committee of AFC adopted decision on 12 February. Ahmedov will replace Rustam Akramov, who left the AFC due to health concerns.

Islom Ahmedov received invitation to the sixth session of the AFC Technical Committee, which will be held in Malaysia on 10-11 March.

AFC Technical Committee provides advices to AFC Executive Committee and is responsible for education system in Asian football and technical development of football in the region.
