Islam Karimov hands over awards to group of citizens

Uzbek leader with his decrees awarded a group of the citizens of Uzbekistan, who contributed to development of the country, increasing economic potential and strengthening peace, high achievements of social-economic, scientific-technical and spiritual spheres, in connection with the 23rd anniversary of the Independence of Uzbekistan in August 2014.

President Islam Karimov congratulated the citizens with the awards and wished strong health, peace and prosperity, as well as success in their future work. He also expressed his frank wishes to the awardees.

He noted that handing of awards shows great trust of the state to these people. He expressed hope that they will continue to contribute to development of Uzbekistan.
