Islam Karimov expresses condolences to Russia

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov has condoled with President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin following the human losses and wide-scale destruction led by the floods in Krasnodar region.

Some 171 people died and about 35,000 suffered in the result of floods in Russian Krasnodar region.

Russia announced Monday, 9 July, as Morning Day due to tragic events in Kuban.
