Iranian Delegation Visits the Chirchik Chemical-Industrial Technopark

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — An Iranian delegation paid a working visit to the Chirchik Chemical-Industrial Technopark.

The delegation included Amin Afoghi, Director General and Chairman of the Board of the Mazandaran Free Economic Zone, representatives of Iranian businesses, as well as staff members of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Uzbekistan.

The main purpose of the visit was to exchange experience in the management and development of special economic zones, as well as to explore concrete opportunities for expanding bilateral industrial and investment cooperation.

The management and specialists of the technopark gave the guests a detailed presentation highlighting the advantages of the industrial zone, the existing tax and customs incentives, and the preferences offered to investors.

As part of the visit program, the Iranian delegation toured enterprises operating within the technopark, allowing them to directly assess business conditions and the level of industrial development on site.

It is noted that such working meetings contribute to strengthening international economic ties and open up new prospects for attracting foreign investment.
