Iran and Uzbekistan can increase number of bilateral flights

Iran and Uzbekistan have signed a memorandum of understanding, which envisages possibility of conducting 16 flights a week between two countries.
The memorandum was signed in Tehran within the visit of the delegation of Uzbekistan, Iranian news agency IRNA reported.
Currently, the airlines of two states have right to conduct two flights a week between between Tehran and Tashkent.
Mehr News agency reported that within new memorandum, the airlines of two states can fly to Shiraz, Isfahan, Mashad, Samarkand and Bukhara in addition to Tehran and Tashkent.
