Ipoteka Bank to pay dividends for 2011 and 1Q 2012

In line with the decision of shareholders, the bank will pay dividends at the size of 85 soums per preferential share and 68 soums per ordinary share for 2011.

Ipoteka Bank will pay 85 soums per preferred share for the first quarter of 2012. The nominal value of shares is 1,360.

Number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 2 million preferential and 62,326,240 ordinary stakes, the bank said.
