Introduction of unregistered legal acts to be published

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Law “On introduction of changes and amendments, as well abolishment of some legislative acts of Uzbekistan” from 14 May 2014 amended Code of Uzbekistan on administrative responsibility, which envisages punishment for introduction of unregistered legal acts of ministries and departments into force.

The amendments set a fine from seven sizes of minimal salaries (672,735 soums) to 10 sizes of minimal salary (961,050 soums). If the violation is repeated within a year, the fine will make up from 10 to 15 sizes of minimal salary.

The officials of the justice bodies should register a protocol of administration against officials of the ministries and state bodies if they reveal violation and hand over case to the court.

The courts of administrative affairs will consider such cases, norma.uz reported.
