INTOP Presents Investment Project for Mini-Tractor Production in Kushtepa District

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Hokim of Ferghana Region, Khayrullo Bozorov, held a meeting with Li Yintao, head of the Chinese company INTOP, during which they discussed the implementation of an investment project to establish mini-tractor production in Kushtepa District with participation from Chinese investors.

During the dialogue, both sides emphasized that relations between Uzbekistan and China are steadily developing, and cooperation based on strategic partnership, mutual friendship, and strong trust is reaching a new level. Special attention was given to China’s role as one of the largest investors in the Uzbek economy.

It was highlighted that stable partnerships are being formed between Ferghana Region and Shandong Province. Agreements reached during delegation visits from the region to China are gradually moving into practical implementation, expanding mutually beneficial interregional cooperation.

Li Yintao provided detailed information on the project, production capacities, investment volume, and the expected number of jobs to be created. In response, the regional hokim expressed support for the initiative, emphasizing the importance of introducing modern technologies in production and increasing the export potential of the products.

At the end of the meeting, both parties agreed to continue collaboration for the phased implementation of the project and the practical realization of the agreed plans.
