Institute of cadastral engineer for real estate to be introduced in Tashkent and Tashkent region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In accordance with the resolution, from 1 January 2020, as an experiment, the institute of cadastral engineer for real estate will be introduced in Tashkent region and Tashkent city.

The cadastral engineer will carry out an inventory of real estate objects on a contract basis, draw up their floor plans, draw up technical plans.

By 1 May 2019, a unified system will be created, allowing:

-integrate the information systems of utility companies;

- to submit a single application for obtaining technical conditions, concluding agreements on the connection of objects to the networks of engineering and technical support;

- keep records of receivables and payables up to date;

- to process meter readings online;

- implement a unified personal account of the consumer on the basis of the cadastral number of real estate;

-provide consumers with information about utilities in a single personal account;

- send consumers a single calculation of accrued payments for utilities rendered;

-provide information on receivables and payables to the state bodies in a single system.

By 1 August 2019, the identification data of owners for the city of Tashkent will be entered into the Register, and for the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the regions - by 1 December 2019.

By 1 December 2019, a unified information system will be developed, providing the possibility of providing real estate services.
