Inspector from Bukhara Region Promoted Early for Saving Mother of Four from Icy River

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Captain Amrillo Temir ogly Rasulov, an inspector in the Department for the Prevention of Offenses of the Public Safety Service of the Vabkent District Department of Internal Affairs, has been granted an early promotion to the rank of Major in recognition of his courage and heroism.

On January 29, while performing his official duties, Rasulov saved a woman, a mother of four, who attempted to end her life by jumping into the icy river in the final moments. The inspector risked his own life, demonstrating selflessness and unwavering dedication to his profession.

By order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Captain Rasulov was awarded this special rank as a mark of recognition for his decisive actions in an emergency situation.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that such acts by law enforcement officers serve as an example of professionalism and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the public.
