Indian External Affairs Minister to pay visit to Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 4 August 2018, the External Affairs Minister of India Sushma Swaraj will arrive in Tashkent, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

It is expected that the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will receive the Indian delegation.

The visit agenda also includes meetings and negotiations of the External Affairs Minister of India with the leadership of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, the Government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, during which it is planned to discuss practical aspects of further development of Uzbekistan – India cooperation, as well as current issues on the international agenda.
