Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Aktau (Kazakhstan) confirmed the information circulated in the media that on 26 February 2020, a bus moving along the Shymkent - Yekaterinburg route overturned on the territory of the Aktyubinsk Region. There were 14 citizens of Uzbekistan.

In the incident, no one was injured and did not need medical attention. With the assistance of the traffic police and emergency services of Kazakhstan, passengers were evacuated, the bus was lifted onto the road and continued on its way.

The Consular Law Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs once again draws the attention of Uzbek citizens to the need to take risks into account and take appropriate measures when entering, as well as traveling through the territory of Kazakhstan in winter by buses or other types of automobile transport.
