Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 16 May, the Minister of Innovation Development Ibrokhim Abdurakhmonov visited Syrdarya region and got acquainted with the construction of the Business Accelerator training and practical center.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 545 from 30 June 2019, the Business Accelerator training center was created at the Scientific and Practical Center for Innovative Development under the Ministry of Innovative Development, which includes an innovative technology park for preschool children.

The purpose of the “Business Accelerator” is to ensure youth employment, the development of their engineering skills and interest in innovation, as well as improving the social situation in the region.

The Syrdarya Business Accelerator Center is being built on the basis of unused dormitories No. 1 and No. 2 of the Syrdarya Pedagogical College.

To date, 85% of construction and installation works have been completed, including the roof of Block A, the laying of concrete slabs, and plumbing and electrical work have been completed. In block B, all plumbing work is completed, the roof and side parts of the building are covered with sandwich panels, frames are installed, plumbing work is completed. Currently, finishing work is underway.
