Implementation of investment projects discussed in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- On 27 March 2019, a working meeting was held at the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade on the current activities of department and ensuring the timely implementation of the tasks set.

During the meeting, the current order of the state investment policy was critically reviewed and the need to properly position the Ministry in coordinating the activities of relevant ministries and departments in the framework of investment projects was noted.

Special attention was paid to the relevance of introducing an effective mechanism for tracking and monitoring ongoing investment projects, bearing in mind the creation of a platform that displays complete information both in each individual case and in the context of industries, regions and partner countries.

They also discussed the progress in implementing agreements and agreements reached during international events already held, visits of foreign delegations to Uzbekistan and working visits of the Ministry’s leadership abroad.

At the end of the meeting, systemic issues of departmental issues were developed in the area of ​​enhancing executive discipline, strengthening communication links between departments and offices, and promising methods to stimulate employee initiative.
