IDEAL Launches Refrigerator Manufacturing Plant in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — IDEAL, part of the “Uzeltekhsanoat” association, has officially inaugurated a new refrigerator manufacturing plant aimed at developing the domestic home appliance industry and strengthening the country’s export potential. The project is valued at US$10 million.

The opening ceremony was attended by guests from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Russia, as well as representatives of regional and district authorities. Visitors were introduced to IDEAL’s product range and the company’s new line of home appliances.

The plant is equipped with a modern production line capable of producing a wide range of refrigerator models. The annual production capacity is 200,000 units, and the project has created 100 new jobs.

According to the company, the launch of the new production facilities will expand the availability of high-quality, competitive products in the domestic market and open opportunities for exports.
