ICT Development Fund buys shares of Aloqabanka
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
The Fund for Development of Information and Communication Technologies has acquired shares of Aloqabank. This was reported by Uzbekistan Stock Exchange.
According to the exchange, the ICT Development Fund bought 620,000 shares of the bank, which is 22% of all shares of the financial institution. The sum of the transaction was not reported.
The deal was conducted on 24 May 2018 at the organized over-the-counter market.
