HUMO Reports Attempts of Fraud via External Provider

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The HUMO payment system reported detected attempts of fraud carried out using the infrastructure of an external provider.

According to the company, the perpetrators conducted unauthorized transactions outside HUMO’s technological environment.

No signs of hacking or external interference were recorded within the HUMO system itself, and processing services are operating normally.

HUMO advises clients of all banks and services to regularly check their card transaction history, not to share PIN codes or confirmation codes, and to contact support at +998 71 200 08 88 if they notice suspicious debits.

The HUMO support service has intensified transaction monitoring, is cooperating with partners and competent authorities to clarify the circumstances of the incidents, and is increasing measures to inform clients about fraud risks.
