Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The second day of the international forum “HOTEL BUSINESS FORUM-2025” has concluded, bringing together over 400 experts in hospitality, tourism, and related industries from Italy, Türkiye, Switzerland, Germany, Azerbaijan, Russia, China, and Central Asia.

During the session “The Future of Hospitality: Innovative Education for New Leaders,” industry specialists discussed key issues in workforce training for the tourism sector, as well as the impact of technological innovations and digital transformation on the development of the hotel business.

Jamshid Abdusalomov, First Deputy Chairman of the Tourism Committee, highlighted in his speech that more than 11,500 students are currently studying tourism and hospitality management at 35 universities. Additionally, over 2,000 students are acquiring in-demand professions within the vocational education system.

The forum also featured interactive B2B and G2B meetings, specialized workshops, and an exhibition showcasing products and services for the HoReCa (hotel and restaurant) sector.

Several Memorandums of Understanding and Cooperation were signed during the event, paving the way for new opportunities in the hospitality industry’s development.
