Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, along with representatives of “Harvest Epoch Strategic (International) Investment Limited,” “JDB Group Limited,” and “SRK Consulting,” visited the Surkhandarya region.

The guests toured the Termez State University of Engineering and Agrotechnologies.

During the visit, the delegation explored the Surkhandarya Geological Museum and received detailed information on the region’s rich natural resources.

A presentation showcased the region’s economic potential, mineral reserves, infrastructure opportunities, and promising investment projects.

The purpose of the meeting was to strengthen the university’s scientific capacity through international cooperation and to develop educational and research infrastructure supported by new investment initiatives.
