Hokim of Ferghana meets with investor regarding trade complex and hotel project

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Ferghana region hokim Khayrullo Bozorov held a meeting with Chinese investor Yao Guifan to discuss a construction project in Kokand that includes a shopping complex, business center, hotel, and public service facilities.

During the meeting, the sides emphasized the ample opportunities available to investors in the region, including the favorable investment climate that has taken shape in the Ferghana region. Yao Guifan expressed strong interest in implementing the projects, noting their social and economic importance.

Particular attention is being paid to job creation and ensuring environmental sustainability through the establishment of green zones.

The hokim proposed measures to improve the projects, reaffirmed his readiness to provide comprehensive support to investors, and stressed the importance of launching construction work as soon as possible.

The parties agreed on further steps to advance their cooperation.
