High-level EU delegation arrives in Uzbekistan

According to the EU Delegation in Uzbekistan, the delegation will include the EU Special Representative for Central Asia Peter Burian and other high-level EU officials.

During the visit to Uzbekistan, Mr Manservisi will have a number of meetings with high-level representatives of Uzbekistan Government to discuss a number of priorities for EU-Uzbekistan cooperation, including rural development, economic development, SMEs, water management, energy and border management.

The delegation will also meet with EU Member States represented in Uzbekistan as well as development partners and donors, including Asian Development Bank, GIZ, JICA, KOICA, UNDP, UNICEF and the World Bank, to discuss key policy developments and opportunities to further strengthen cooperation.
