Heads of departments and divisions of the Ministry of Public Education to be dismissed

The President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, set the tasks for a radical transformation of the public education system and its improvement in accordance with the requirements of the times. In particular, the head of Uzbekistan instructed to update the staff of the MPE.

Newly appointed Minister of Public Education Sherzod Shermatov on 25 June gave an order to dismiss the heads of departments and divisions of the Central Office of the Ministry of Education of Uzbekistan.

Sherzod Shermatov noted that the main goal of the Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan is the upbringing of a harmoniously developed generation. Employees of public education must work to achieve this task.

The Minister stressed that the public education system will work to achieve three goals - quality, justice and transparency. According to him, the employees will remain in the Ministry only if they are ready to implement these tasks and goals.
