Hackers attacked UzLiDeP website

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A website of Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan (UzLiDeP) was attacked by hackers from abroad in the night to 15 December 2014. In the result of the attack, the website of the party did not work for some time, the press service of the party said.

The party underlined that consequences of the attack was eliminated and currently the website is working in normal mode. On 16 December, the Facebook page of UzLiDeP was also attacked. The page is currently also working in normal mode, UzLiDeP said.

UzLiDeP condemned attack to the website during the important political process – parliamentary elections. The party said that hackers tried to close one of channels of agitation.
