Guseyn Guliev appointed as Azerbaijani envoy to Uzbekistan

Azerbaijani leader signed an order on appointing Guseyn Guliev to the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Uzbekistan.

Aliev conferred diplomatic rang of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Guseyn Guliev.

With other order, Ilkham Aliev released Namig Abbasov from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Uzbekistan.
